CNC Machinist

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate and maintain CNC machines for precision manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in CNC machining and a strong understanding of various machining processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts and components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and precision of finished products.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to prevent downtime.
• Adjust machine settings and tools as needed to achieve desired specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of production and machine performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and technologies.
• Familiarity with mill and lathe operations is a plus.
• Experience with 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining is preferred.
• Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Proficient in using Fanuc Controls and other CNC programming languages.
