We’re Hiring | Senior Sales Manager – Energy Storage & C&I Solutions

RENON is expanding our North America sales team and looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth in Energy Storage, EV Charging, and Commercial & Industrial solutions.

• Develop and manage strategic customers, channel partners, EPCs, installers, and project developers

• Drive sales opportunities for C&I energy storage, storage + charging solutions, and related clean energy products

• Build regional market strategies based on customer needs, competition, pricing, and project pipeline

• Support project negotiation, solution proposal, contract execution, and revenue collection

• Work closely with internal product, technical, and operation teams to ensure successful project delivery

• Strong sales experience in energy storage, EV charging, solar, C&I energy solutions, or related industries

• Existing customer/channel resources in North America preferred

• Ability to develop new business independently and manage full sales cycles

• Strong communication, negotiation, and execution skills
