About this Role

This is a patient-facing, relationship-driven position where you play a key part in helping patients feel comfortable, understood, and confident as they move forward with treatment.

You’ll work directly alongside the Treatment Coordinator and doctor to help guide patients through one of the most important decisions they’ll make about their smile.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Supporting and coordinating our observation and consultation process

· Building trust with patients and families from day one

· Helping patients feel confident and informed about treatment

· Communicating clearly between doctor, team, and patients

· Assisting with scheduling, phones, and patient flow

· Maintaining organized and accurate patient records

· Supporting the Treatment Coordinator during busy consult days
