This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on manufacturing engineering experience and a strong background in mechanical systems, process improvements, and project execution within high-volume industrial environments.

Exceptional Candidates Possess

• 3+ years of engineering experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• 1+ year of experience with aluminium rolling mill operations or related technologies
• Mechanical systems
• Pneumatic systems
• Hydraulic systems
• Utility systems
• Experience troubleshooting equipment and implementing machine improvement modifications
• Proven ability to develop and implement mechanical engineering project work
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Key Responsibilities

• Support and improve manufacturing equipment performance and reliability
• Analyze mechanical systems and recommend process improvements
• Design and implement equipment modifications for operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and production teams
• Lead or support engineering projects from concept through execution
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in metals manufacturing or aluminium processing industries
• Familiarity with industrial automation and production systems
• Hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance support experience
