Position Summary

The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting our team by handling a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates exceptional communication, organization, and follow-through. A background in the medical field is strongly preferred, as this role involves supporting healthcare related operations and documentation with accuracy and discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to staff and management
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems
  • Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as needed
  • Assist with data entry, billing, and record keeping
  • Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Healthcare administration background through education or work experience is a plus

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor or Master's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Willingness to take on both large and small tasks as needed
