Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure, application, and service management projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive ITIL Change Management processes, including CAB coordination and approvals.
• Coordinate with ITSM teams to ensure smooth service transitions and operational readiness.
• Use Jira to track tasks, issues, and sprint progress.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and governance artifacts in Confluence.
• Prepare status reports and executive dashboards for stakeholders.
• Facilitate risk assessments, issue resolution, and escalation management.
• Ensure adherence to organizational governance and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, Security, Applications, and Vendors.
