Partner Success & Growth Manager

FluoroFinder is seeking a Partner Success & Growth Manager to help retain, grow, and expand relationships with existing B2B partners across data, technology, advertising, and partnership solutions. This role will work closely with Account Executives to increase account value, secure renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and successfully engage new stakeholders within partner organizations.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Serve as a trusted success partner, ensuring clients achieve measurable value from FluoroFinder solutions.
  • Manage partner-facing projects, including timelines, requirements, data services, reporting, deliverables, and follow-up.
  • Help partners define data-service needs and identify opportunities for deeper engagement with FluoroFinder offerings.
  • Prepare partner updates, performance reports, renewal materials, expansion recommendations, and solution proposals.
  • Partner with Account Executives to grow existing accounts through renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expanded partner initiatives.
  • Identify new expansion prospects and work with sales team to engage on technical sales such as widgets, data integrations, customized data services and reports.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, project status, renewal pipeline, account activity, prospect engagement, and growth forecasts.
  • Share partner feedback, market insights, and revenue opportunities to improve offerings and inform growth strategy.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences, biology, or related background preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in partner success, customer success, account management, client services, project management, sales support, business development, or related commercial roles.
  • Experience supporting renewals, upsells, account expansion, prospect engagement, client projects, or data-driven service offerings preferred.
  • Experience in life sciences, biotech, research tools, reagents, SaaS, advertising, data, or technology solutions preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, relationship-building, project-management, and commercial judgment skills.
  • Comfortable working in a startup or growth-stage environment where priorities evolve and self-starters can help shape direction.
