360 Experience Coordinator

About the Role: We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused individual to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in administering our high-quality 360-degree leadership assessment surveys with the white-glove service our clients expect.
You will own the end-to-end coordination of survey projects — guiding clients through the process from start to finish with clear communication, strong organization, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.

Key Responsibilities
· Manage the full lifecycle of 360-degree leadership surveys for assigned clients
· Communicate proactively with customers via email, video calls, and phone to gather participant information, set clear timelines, and manage expectations
· Monitor survey progress on our platform, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth delivery
· Enter and maintain accurate client and survey data in Salesforce
· Work closely with the 360 Experience Manager and VP of 360 Experience to ensure outstanding service
· Collaborate with team members to maintain excellent workload balance and coverage
· Provide timely updates and support to coaches, clients, and internal stakeholders
· Help maintain high standards of quality and responsiveness that define our white-glove service
What We're Looking for
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a warm, professional presence
· Maturity, good judgment, and a genuine heart for customer service
· Comfortable working in cloud-based tools and learning new technology quickly
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel) and comfort with Salesforce (or willingness to learn)
· Ability to manage multiple surveys and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
· A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a supportive, self-managed culture
Nice-to-Haves
· Experience in leadership development, coaching, consulting, or HR
· Previous experience coordinating projects, events, or client services
· Familiarity with survey tools or assessment platforms
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. We value relevant experience, maturity, and strong customer service skills above all.
