Business Development Manager - Graland, TX
Our partner, a 30-year-old chemical manufacturing company, is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive business growth with uncapped potential. They need a true sales hunter with experience in channel sales development and confident relationship-building skills to join their team.
This Business Development Manager is responsible for executing the company's entire sales function. This includes directly assisting in target marketing, generating revenue, expanding key accounts, following a structured sales process, and maintaining excellent CRM documentation. This role is expected to produce results quickly while executing the systems, discipline, and teamwork required for long-term growth.

- Year 1: $150K+ (Base + Uncapped Commissions)
- Annual Bonus

Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B Sales experience (Full Sales Cycle)
- Proven track record of new business development
- MUST HAVE: Direct and Channel Sales (OEMs, Distributors & Dealers)
- PLUS: Chemical Manufacturing Sales Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Industry Sales Experience: Marine, Aerospace, Automotive, Industrial, Military, Agriculture

- Must actively sell and close business

- Must take ownership of key account growth
- Must want to grow in the role
