Social Media Assistant (TikTok Beauty Creator)

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)

About The Role

We’re hiring a dependable, creative

Social Media Assistant who loves TikTok beauty content. You’ll help script, shoot, and edit short‑form videos across multiple TikTok Shop and brand projects. This role is ideal for someone who understands TikTok, can edit quickly, and knows how to turn concepts into high‑performing short‑form content that feels personal and trend‑aligned.

You’ll work on both independent shoots (filmed and edited on your own) and group shoots (collaborating with our team and talent).

Important: you need to send a portfolio in order to be considered.

What You’ll Do

• Write and refine TikTok‑style scripts
• Create shotlists for beauty + skincare content
• Edit short‑form videos with clean pacing, tight cuts, and strong formatting
• Film ugc‑style product shots independently
• Participate in group shoots, supporting talent, setup, lighting, and production flow
• Organize footage and project files across multiple brands
• Support ongoing content planning and creative workflows

What You Need

• 1+ years of experience in content creation or social media
• Strong familiarity with TikTok trends, beauty storytelling, and performance patterns
• Solid editing skills (CapCut or Premiere) with attention to detail
• Ability to concept and script content that feels authentic, product‑led, and scroll‑stopping
• Strong sense of visual storytelling and what hooks viewers
• Organized, independent, and reliable with deadlines
• Bonus: experience in beauty, skincare, or CPG content
