Required Skills

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent)
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner in a software development environment
Hands-on experience with Jira or similar Agile tools
Experience coaching teams transitioning to Agile/Scrum
Experience driving Agile transformation initiatives
