Pleasant, we have spent over 20 years serving a diverse customer base across the U.S. and internationally. The Role

We are looking for a professional, detail-oriented individual to join our office team. This is an in-person, part-time position (approximately 25–30 hours per week) with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality service through professional phone etiquette and email correspondence.
  • Accurately pack and prepare sales orders for shipping to ensure timely delivery to our clients.
  • Assist the sales and operations team with data entry, filing, and general office tasks.
  • Manage daily communications and scheduling using Outlook and Google Workspace tools.

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience in an administrative and customer-service role is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative "team player" attitude.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products, Google apps, and basic office software.
  • Availability to work in-office in Mt. Pleasant during standard weekday hours.
  • Looking only at candidates currently residing in either East of the Cooper or Daniel Island (McClellanville & Awendaw included)
