Social Media Coordinator – Soccer Enterprises, Inc - Palatine

Location: 545 S. Consumers Ave, Palatine IL 60074

Type: Full-Time / In-Office

Organizations: Northern Illinois Soccer League (NISL), Sockers FC Chicago, and Soccer City Palatine

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Social Media Coordinator to help manage and grow the social media presence for our soccer organizations. This position will assist with creating content, covering events and games, engaging with our community, and helping bring our brands to life online.

This is a hands-on, in-office position working under the direction of the Web Designer and Project Manager. Evenings and weekends are required during games, tournaments, and busy seasons.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Capture photos and videos during games, tournaments, and events
• Design graphics for promotions, schedules, and player highlights
• Assist with live game-day coverage and social media updates
• Engage with players, families, and followers online
• Help maintain content calendars and posting schedules
• Collaborate with the marketing and design team on campaigns and promotions
• Stay current on social media trends and content ideas

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and social media platforms
• Experience with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva is preferred
• Basic photo/video editing skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Interest in sports is preferred, but soccer knowledge can be taught to the right candidate
• Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends during games, tournaments, and events
