Director of Rehab / Rehab Director / PT/PTA/OT/COTA/SLP

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (PT/PTA/OT/COTA/SLP) to join our Rocky Mount NC Skilled Nursing Facility.

• Salaried Role + Quarterly Bonus Potential
• Full-Time, Monday - Friday
• Prior Management experience preferred

As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a skilled nursing setting. You’ll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a (Input Therapy discipline preferred)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field (Doctorate preferred) _ OT/PT/SLP or Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
