What You’ll Do

As an Advertising Account Executive, you’ll develop creative, results-driven marketing solutions for a range of clients—from local boutiques to major cultural institutions.

You'll:

  • Partner with local businesses to build effective marketing strategies
  • Maintain and grow an active book of business
  • Prospect and develop new client relationships
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Engage a highly-engaged local audience (247,000 readers/users) across print, digital, and event platforms

This role is equal parts sales strategist, relationship builder, and local business advocate.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re organized, curious, and energized by helping others succeed. You ask good questions, follow through, and take pride in building relationships that last.

Ideally, you have:

  • 2+ years of sales or marketing experience (media/advertising a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and details simultaneously
  • Comfort discussing budgets and delivering ROI
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A genuine passion for community and storytelling
