As an Enrollment Support Coordinator, you will provide the primary program support assistance to IDD Enrollment, Continuity of Care, and CLOIP Departments in the Disability Services (DS) Division. Tasks include spreadsheet development and tracking, mailing, forms of monitoring, enrollment information packet development, back-up to Time & Attendance system, filing, technical support to the IDD Enrollment, Continuity of Care, and CLOIP Programs. Manages and organizes incoming paperwork, documents, and assists with coordinating communication of the programs. This position also supports the individual staff in completion of time sensitive tasks and supervises enrollments clerk.
We are looking for an Enrollment Support Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting time to join us We have a culture of caring and can become a part of an excellent team. In this role you will provide primary program support services to Enrollments, Continuity of Care, and Community Living Options Process (CLOIP) Programs.
Maintains supply of forms and office supplies and completes orders of needed materials as needed. Orders postage stamps as needed from accounting.
Coordinates with admin for work orders if printer/copiers are out of use.
Picks up mail daily and distributes it to appropriate staff.
Serves as program support for departmental needs such as letter writing, telephone appointments, information prompts, spreadsheet development, filing, receiving messages, etc.
Greet everyone in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
Courteously and professionally screens or transfers calls for program staff, offers information to callers regarding programs.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements: Minimum Education High School / GED
Preferences: Bachelor’s degree
Required License: Valid Texas driver's license with an acceptable driving record
