Role Overview
We are seeking a self-starting Marketing Manager who thrives with a great mix of creative and operational responsibilities. This is a high-visibility role with direct collaboration across the CEO, CRO, CFO, and sales team — giving you meaningful exposure to company leadership and real influence over how Cetis shows up in the market. You will also partner closely with our Greater China team on brand and marketing alignment. Key Responsibilities
Brand & Content Marketing
• Develop and execute brand strategy and messaging across all marketing channels
• Create engaging content including blog posts, emails, case studies, and sales collateral
• Maintain brand consistency and voice across all customer-facing materials
Trade Show & Event Management
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of trade show participation and logistics
• Oversee booth design, materials, staffing, shipping, and post-show follow-up
• Track trade show ROI and maintain an annual event calendar
Social Media
• Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
• Develop a content calendar and create platform-appropriate posts and campaigns
• Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies based on performance data
Web Presence & Digital Marketing
• Own and manage the Cetis website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and aligned with brand standards
• Optimize the site for user experience, SEO, and lead generation in partnership with relevant stakeholders
• Develop and publish digital content including landing pages, product pages, and campaign microsites
• Monitor website analytics and identify opportunities to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion
Product Guides & Catalogs
• Lead the creation, updating, and distribution of product guides, catalogs, and spec sheets
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure accuracy and market alignment
• Manage print and digital production timelines with vendors
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner directly with the CEO, CRO, and CFO to align marketing strategy with business objectives
• Work closely with the sales team to develop tools, materials, and campaigns that support revenue growth
• Collaborate with the Greater China team on brand consistency, localized marketing content, and regional initiatives
• Serve as a key marketing resource across departments, ensuring cohesive messaging and positioning
Brand Partner & Distribution Marketing
• Collaborate with the creative marketing teams at Marriott, IHG, Wyndham, Hilton, and other major hotel brands to develop co-branded go-to-market programs
• Build and execute joint marketing initiatives and incentive programs with distribution partners
• Develop compelling marketing assets and campaigns that resonate with brand standards and partner requirements
• Maintain strong relationships with brand-side marketing contacts to identify new co-marketing opportunities
Travel & Field Presence
• Represent Cetis at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
• Travel approximately 20–25% of the time, including domestic and potential international trips
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and vendors in person
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B or product-based industry
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive projects from concept to completion
• Proven experience managing trade show logistics end-to-end
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills
• Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling/analytics tools
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools
• Comfortable collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Experience working with international teams or cross-cultural partners a plus
• Willingness and ability to travel 20–25%
• Highly organized with strong project management and communication skills
