The Role

The Onboarding Coordinator supports the intake, onboarding, and service initiation process for consumers and providers across assigned branch locations. This role serves as a key point of contact for families, providers, and Regional Center partners, ensuring timely communication, accurate documentation, and completion of onboarding and eligibility requirements. The Coordinator manages referral and provider pipelines, supports provider matching and onboarding activities, and partners cross-functionally to enable efficient and compliant service delivery.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate intake activities by receiving, processing, and tracking consumer referrals while maintaining timely communication with families and Regional Center partners
  • Manage provider and consumer onboarding pipelines, ensuring progress through onboarding, service initiation, and required milestones
  • Support provider onboarding activities including documentation collection, provider matching, scheduling, and onboarding readiness
  • Maintain compliance and documentation standards by verifying eligibility requirements, certifications, background checks, and accurate recordkeeping
  • Collaborate with Operations and Regional Center teams while maintaining tracking systems, reporting, and onboarding status updates

This is a hybrid position, coming into the Los Angeles office 1x per week.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–2+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience supporting onboarding, intake coordination, or operational workflows preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organized documentation
  • Positive, service-oriented attitude with strong follow-through

The expected California Pay Range for this position:: $25 USD - $28 USD
