Now Hiring: Superintendent – Large Multifamily Projects (Northern Santa Barbara, CA)

An LA multifamily Developer has acquired a 170-acre master plan community in northern Santa Barbara and broke ground in December on the first of 6 phases. The first phase consists of around 300, garden-style, 3-storey, slab-on-grade apartments, and now requires additional support on site.

I am looking for a Multifamily Superintendent with experience across roads, horizontal infrastructure, interconnecting roads, and grading to support delivery of the first phase.
