Night Shift Dispatcher

Location: Schaumburg, IL (Chicago Area)

We are a growing logistics company looking for a reliable and organized Night Shift Dispatcher(14:30-22:00) to join our team.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and dispatch night shift vehicles

Schedule truck routes and delivery/pickup times

Monitor drivers and ensure on-time performance

Manage driver attendance and daily communication

Handle operational issues during night shift

Requirements

Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)

Proficient in basic office software (Excel, Word, email, etc.)

Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsible and detail-oriented

Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet management is highly advantageous
