Poffie Girls is looking to add a Social Media Content Creator to our Marketing Team to support our growing digital presence.

This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented individual who understands how to translate brand identity into engaging, high-performing social content and will work closely under the direction of our Marketing Manager.

• Part-time (10–20 hours per week)

• In-store role based in Gastonia, NC

• Set schedule with weekend availability required

• Position will begin as a 6-month contract role to provide additional support with the opportunity to grow into a long-term part-time position

• Pay will be based on experience

Key Responsibilities (may include, but are not limited to):

• Create and capture photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms

• Plan, schedule, and publish content in alignment with marketing initiatives and events

• Monitor and adapt to current social media trends to drive engagement and reach

• Collaborate directly with the Marketing Manager to execute content strategy and campaigns

• Capture in-store experiences including bridal appointments, prom shoppers, new arrivals, and events

• Proven experience in social media content creation (portfolio required)

• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and short-form video trends

• Experience with content planning, scheduling tools, and basic analytics

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment

• Preferred: Background in bridal, fashion, retail, or the wedding industry
