Examiner and Abstractor

We are a growing title insurance company looking for two experienced professionals to join our team — a Title Examiner and an Abstractor. Whether you're a seasoned examiner with a sharp eye for chain of title or an abstractor who knows your way around county recording systems, we want to hear from you.
Title Examiner responsibilities include conducting thorough searches of public records for residential and commercial properties, analyzing chain of title documentation, identifying title defects, and preparing comprehensive reports. This role is hybrid-eligible after training.
Abstractor responsibilities include retrieving recorded documents from county online portals and databases, building complete document packages by pulling deeds, mortgages, liens, releases, and related instruments, and delivering organized files to support the examination team. This is an in-office role with flexibility to work from either of our locations.
What we're looking for:
• Prior title insurance industry experience required for both roles
• Familiarity with county recording systems and online research platforms
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Compensation is based on experience. We offer a collaborative environment and room to grow.
