Regional Sales Representative – Heavy Civil & Bridge Infrastructure

Lowell, Massachusetts - Remote role

Compensation: $115-175,000

The Regional Sales Representative will play a critical role in driving business development, strengthening client relationships, and expanding market presence across the Northeast and broader U.S. bridge sector. This position offers strong visibility within the business, direct involvement in major infrastructure opportunities, and the chance to work alongside experienced industry professionals in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with contractors, DOTs, design firms, and heavy civil clients

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the bridge and heavy fabrication market

• Maintain and expand existing customer accounts across the assigned territory

• Attend pre-bid meetings, pre-construction meetings, and industry events

• Prepare and deliver presentations outlining company capabilities and solutions

• Collaborate closely with estimating, operations, and internal support teams

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional developments

• Support strategic sales initiatives to increase profitability and market share

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in structural steel and bridge fabrication, heavy civil construction

• Background in sales or business development

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory

• Understanding of heavy fabrication processes and infrastructure projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent industry experience preferred
