Position Overview
This part-time, in-office position will be part of the team responsible for executing of a strong customer service plan by effectively responding to inbound and outbound calls and emails to/from Market guests and assisting the registration team in a seamless registration experience for Market guests. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Position requires a combination of part-time (approximately 5 weeks) and full-time (approximately 5 weeks) hours each registration cycle leading up to Markets in April & October. Some flexible hours throughout the rest of the year may also be required.
Key Responsibilities
— Effectively manage incoming and outbound calls with a focus on providing excellent customer service, information sharing, and issue resolution, being prepared to escalate unresolved issues as necessary
— Assist Registration Coordinator with timely responses to emails sent to ***email_hidden***
— Utilize available resources, such as Market materials, website, etc., to research as needed for inquiry responses and resolutions
— Follow communications procedures, guidelines, and policies
— Assist with ongoing database clean up, file management, and prospect list processing
— Perform other duties as assigned
