Senior Account Executive – SaaS

Base Salary: $70,000–$80,000 + Uncapped Commission ($130,000+ OTE)

Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Remote) | Remote considered

About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a long-standing SaaS ERP and they’re hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive new business and sell consultatively into any company where the sales cycle is technical, value-driven, and relationship-based.

This is a hunter role for someone who knows how to prospect, run discovery, sell ROI, and close. If you’ve sold SaaS and you’re comfortable selling into operations, finance, and leadership teams—this is a strong opportunity with real earning upside.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events
  • Identify and qualify leads for software
  • Run consultative discovery to understand manufacturing workflows, pain points, and business processes
  • Deliver product demos, presentations, and proposals to decision-makers
  • Build ROI models and value-based sales presentations
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through close
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms; close deals to hit/exceed quota
  • Track pipeline, activity, and forecasting in a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Partner with technical/implementation teams to ensure a smooth handoff

What They’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience selling ERP software
  • Proven B2B consultative sales + strong hunter skills (prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, pipeline)
  • Experience selling into manufacturing environments is a plus
  • Strong presentation skills (phone, video, and in-person)
  • CRM discipline and the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
