Pepe International is looking for a creative, energetic, and outgoing Marketing & Social Media Intern to join our team in Carmel-by-the-Sea.

This is an exciting opportunity for a current college or university student who wants hands-on experience in hospitality marketing, content creation, branding, events, and social media strategy.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and Directors to help develop:

Marketing campaigns

Social media content

Community initiatives

Brand storytelling

Special events

What we’re looking for:

Prior marketing or social media experience

Strong communication skills

Creative and confident personality

Comfortable engaging with guests and groups

Available for occasional weekends, holidays & events

Pay Range: $20–$24 per hour
