Receptionist / Scheduler
We are seeking a full-time front desk receptionist/scheduler for our front office. We are a fast-growing company that provides specialized home services.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Front Desk Operations: Greet, check-in and direct visitors.
- Phone Calls: Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls; take messages; handle general inquiries.
- Scheduling and Calendar Management: Book, confirm and manage appointments for staff and clients.
- Customer Service: Answer customer questions and handle issues as they arise.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming/outgoing mail, data entry, filing and photocopying.
- Maintain cleanliness of front desk area.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a positive attitude and take pride in a job well done
- Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication, multitasking, organization, attention to detail and customer service.
- Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Microsoft Office, Basic Computer Skills
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Clean Background: We perform background checks and drug testing for all employees
