We are looking for a confident analytical person who has excellent attention to detail and accuracy with data entry. If you have excellent interpersonal communication skills, we need you!

The AR Clerk will:

• Assist with customer account set-up
• Run customer credit cards; provide receipts
• Assist with lien process
• Assist with customer correspondence
• Answer customer inquiries
• Administrative support including but not limited to filing, scanning, conversion of paper files to electronic
• Assist with administrative and special projects

The AR Clerk should have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some college
• Accounting experience preferred
• Customer service experience
• Or a combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Diligence and accuracy
• Ability to work independently
• Deadline driven
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Time management
• Adaptability and agility
• Solid critical thinking skills
