Arkansas Talent Group is seeking an Executive Assistant for a leading Tool and Equipment Supplier in Conway, AR. This role provides high-level administrative and operational support to Executive Leadership while serving as a trusted partner to Management.

Position Summary

The Executive Assistant will provide advanced administrative and operational support to the Executive Leadership and Management, helping manage daily priorities, communications, meetings, and special projects. This person will play a key role in ensuring the time is aligned with business objectives while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize a complex calendar of meetings, appointments, and commitments.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and expense reporting.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Screen, organize, and respond to communications on behalf of the executive as appropriate.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, presentations, and follow-up notes.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, while tracking action items and deadlines.
  • Support special projects, research initiatives, and cross-functional priorities.
  • Prepare executive correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain organized, confidential files, records, and data systems.
  • Assist with invoices, budget tracking, and general office administration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of executive-level administrative support experience preferred.
  • Prior experience supporting senior leadership or executive teams strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
