The Imagine Group is recruiting for an Outbound Call Representative on behalf of our client, a leading full-service marketing communications and advertising agency based in Buffalo, NY, specializing in brand strategy, creative development, media planning, digital marketing, and public relations services for clients across a wide range of industries. In this role you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote services, generate leads, and support client outreach initiatives. You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, answer questions professionally, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience while meeting performance and call volume goals.

· Complete calls with customers by asking a series of survey questions and recording the results.

· Level I Communicators will primarily work on lead qualification, customer service follow-up, market research and lead generation projects that do not require advanced technical skills or sales ability.

· Perform other duties as assigned.
