Real Estate Transactions Associate | Fully Remote – Up to $250k

Location/Schedule: Fully Remote

Base Salary: Up to $250k (plus performance incentives)

Practice: Commercial Real Estate Transactions – Acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, joint ventures, development, and complex real estate deals for owners, developers, lenders, and investors.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Negotiate and document complex real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint ventures.
• Draft and review commercial leases, development agreements, and loan documents.
• Conduct due diligence, manage title and survey issues, and coordinate closings.
• Advise clients on structuring, risk allocation, and ongoing real estate matters.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates)

• JD and active NY bar.
• 3–7+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
