Our client is a national defense law firm.
Salary : $55000 - $70000
Paralegal opportunity with a national defense law firm.
- 3+ years of prior paralegal experience supporting litigators in general liability defense litigation.
- Preferred experience in some/all of Healthcare, Real Estate, Medical Malpractice, M&A, Business and Commercial, Insurance Defense.
- Strong working knowledge of General Liability Litigation.
- Tennessee State filing including E-Filing experience required. Federal E-Filing experience using PACER a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Power Point and Outlook, and Excel required.
- Requires critical thinking skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- High School Diploma or its equivalent. Certification of Paralegal Studies or equivalent is preferred.
- This role can be hybrid.
