Role Description
This is a full-time Field Sales role for a Territory Sales Manager, based in Fort Wayne, IN with the some virtual meeting capability. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, delivering training on products and services, and driving revenue growth within the designated territory. Key activities include conducting sales calls, providing exceptional customer support, organizing product demonstrations, and monitoring customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for managing client relationships and addressing inquiries effectively.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience to meet targets and strategize for territory growth.
- Capability in Training to educate clients on the products and effectively implement solutions in practices.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is advantageous.
- Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
