Our client, a world-class manufacturer supporting one of the fastest-growing industries in the world, is seeking a high-impact Program Manager to lead a major international manufacturing expansion initiative.

This is not a traditional project management role.

You will be at the center of a strategic greenfield manufacturing launch, coordinating engineering, operations, supply chain, facilities, quality, and capital projects while helping establish a new global production facility from the ground up.

What You'll Own

• Coordinate all U.S.-based activities supporting a new overseas manufacturing facility
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, quality, facilities, supply chain, and manufacturing
• Develop and manage integrated project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Drive risk mitigation, issue resolution, and executive communications
• Oversee equipment transfers, facility readiness, process validation, training programs, and production launch activities
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives

Ideal Background

We are interested in Program Managers, Project Managers, Operations Leaders, Manufacturing Engineers, Capital Project Managers, and Plant Engineering professionals who have experience leading complex manufacturing initiatives.

Strong consideration will be given to candidates with:

• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience
• Manufacturing, engineering, operations, or industrial environments
• Greenfield startup, plant launch, or major facility expansion experience
• Capital-intensive project leadership
• New Product Introduction (NPI) experience
• Supplier development and supply chain coordination
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Travel

This role will involve approximately 30-50% international travel during critical phases of the project.
