Construction Supervisor

Elite Pro Flooring & Remodeling, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee residential and commercial flooring and remodeling projects.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, bilingual, and comfortable managing crews, communicating with clients, coordinating schedules, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily jobsite operations and crew performance
• Coordinate labor, materials, deliveries, and project schedules
• Communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and office staff
• Ensure work is completed according to project scope, quality standards, and timelines
• Perform jobsite walkthroughs and identify issues before they become delays
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Report project updates, concerns, and change order needs to management
• Assist with punch lists, inspections, and project closeout

Requirements

• Prior construction, remodeling, flooring, or project supervision experience required
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read scopes of work, measurements, and basic project plans
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and problem-solve in the field
• Professional attitude and strong attention to detail

Compensation

Pay is dependent on experience.
