Account Manager

NTI Systems is expanding its operations in the United States and is looking for an Account Manager to support our growing customer base, business development activities, and day-to-day commercial communication with clients, partners, distributors, and suppliers.
This role is ideal for a proactive, well-organized, and technically curious person who can manage customer relationships, follow up on opportunities, coordinate between clients and our technical team, and help build NTI’s presence in the U.S. market.
About NTI Systems
NTI Systems develops and supplies rugged electronics, operator control systems, rugged computing solutions, custom cable assemblies, and industrial-grade electronic and electromechanical products for demanding environments.
Our solutions are used in robotics, industrial systems, unmanned platforms, field operations, rugged HMI applications, and customized integration projects.
Main Responsibilities
The Account Manager will be responsible for supporting the commercial and operational growth of NTI
Systems in the U.S. market, including
- Managing communication with existing and potential customers
- Following up on leads, inquiries, RFQs, and project opportunities
- Coordinating customer requirements with the engineering and production teams
- Preparing and organizing quotations, proposals, technical summaries, and commercial documents
- Supporting business development activities and helping move opportunities forward
- Maintaining regular communication with distributors, integrators, suppliers, and partners
- Scheduling and coordinating calls, meetings, demos, and customer visits
- Tracking open opportunities and making sure nothing gets lost or delayed
- Helping manage CRM records, contact lists, follow-up tasks, and project status updates
- Supporting trade shows, exhibitions, customer meetings, and marketing activities in the U.S.
- Assisting with supplier communication, basic purchasing follow-up, and delivery status tracking
- Helping collect customer feedback and transferring it clearly to the technical team
- Supporting after-sales communication and making sure customers receive proper attention
- Representing NTI Systems professionally in written and verbal communication
What We Are Looking For
- Strong written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple conversations, tasks, and open opportunities at the same time
- Comfortable speaking with engineers, purchasing teams, project managers, distributors, and business contacts
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Basic technical understanding or willingness to learn technical products
- Experience with B2B sales, account management, customer support, business development, or project coordination
- Ability to work independently and report clearly to management
- Comfortable working with a growing international company
- Experience with rugged electronics, industrial equipment, robotics, defense-adjacent markets, electronics manufacturing, or technical products is a strong advantage
Nice to Have
- Experience working with U.S. industrial, technology, robotics, or electronics customers
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, CRM tools, quotations, and customer follow-up
- Familiarity with trade shows and partner/distributor management
- Additional languages are a plus
Location
Maryland / Washington D.C. / Virginia area is preferred, but remote candidates in the U.S. may also be considered.
Employment Type
Full-time or part-time options may be considered depending on the candidate’s experience and availability.
