Position Overview

We are looking for a highly energetic, motivated, and driven Part-Time Sales Associate who is willing to go the extra mile every single day. This is not a passive retail role — you will be an active business development hunter focused on proactively generating new revenue through outreach to military units, events, vendors, large companies, and organizations that need bulk custom orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively reach out to military units, squadrons, battalions, events, vendors, large companies, schools, sports teams, and local organizations to promote our custom DTF apparel, laser-engraved products, unit gear, and bulk merchandise.

- Identify and pursue bulk order opportunities and close the sale.

- Build and nurture strong relationships within the Camp Lejeune, Onslow County, and greater Jacksonville business community.

- Represent Mabuhay Designs & Co with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a “whatever it takes” attitude.

- Collaborate with the owner and production team to ensure orders are fulfilled quickly and to the highest standard.

- Help track leads, follow-ups, and sales results (simple CRM tools provided).

- Occasionally support in-store customers during peak times (flexible).

- Highly energetic, positive, and self-motivated — you bring the energy!

- Natural communicator who loves talking to people and building relationships.

- Willing to go the extra mile and make things happen (cold outreach, event networking, follow-ups — you own it).

- Sales experience is a big plus, but the right attitude and hustle matter more.

- Familiarity with the military community or Jacksonville area is a strong advantage.

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

- Must be available for a flexible part-time schedule (days, some evenings/weekends for events as needed).
