Senior FP&A Analyst

The Bolton Group is partnering with a fast-growing global organization that has recently completed its largest acquisition to date. The company is now building out its finance team to support two newly integrated business units during a key growth and integration phase. This organization is a global leader in its field with nearly 3,000 employees worldwide.

Responsibilities include

• Support monthly reporting, KPIs, and P&L analysis
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Perform variance analysis and financial insights
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Project teams
• Build dashboards, models, and management reporting
• Support project cost tracking, cash flow, and ad hoc analysis

What they’re looking for

• 2–5 years of FP&A or accounting experience
• Strong preference for project-based industries (construction, manufacturing, engineering, industrial services, etc.)
• Understanding of ASC 606 / percentage-of-completion accounting
• Strong Excel, communication, and business partnering skills
• High potential, detail-oriented, and eager to grow

Other details

• Location: Fort Worth, TX (mostly onsite with hybrid flexibility)
• Compensation: $100K–$120K base (no bonus currently)
• Schedule: 4 days onsite / 1 remote (flexibility possible)
