Immediate opening for Civil Litigation Attorney

Weakley & Arendt, PC is looking for a full-time, on-site civil litigation attorney. Experience with public entity or employment litigation is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

· Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.

· Conduct online legal research.

· Take and defend depositions.

· Make court appearances, remotely and in-person.

· Possess strong and persuasive legal writing skills and oral advocacy skills.

· Prepare trial documents including trial briefs and motions in limine.

· Provide written recommendations and case analysis for appropriate file handling strategy.

· Assist in trial preparation and trial.

What We Offer

Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 (commensurate with experience).
