Defy Mortgage is hiring a Senior Non-QM Loan Processor.

This role is for someone who's run Non-QM files before — not conventional processing transplanted into a Non-QM seat. You know the difference between DSCR cash flow calculation and conventional DTI underwriting. You've handled bank statement, investor cash flow, P&L loans, etc.

What you'd own

• File from submission to CTC
• Direct borrower and broker communication on conditions and closing timelines
• Coordination with underwriting, title, appraisal, and wholesale partners
• Pipeline management across retail and TPO channels
• 21-30 day closing timelines as the standard

What we're looking for

• 5+ years mortgage processing experience, with at least 2 years in Non-QM
• Direct hands-on with DSCR and bank statement loan products
• Strong working knowledge of Meridian Link and LendingPad
• Experience with multiple Non-QM wholesale lenders preferred
• Ability to manage 25-40 files in pipeline without quality drops
• Investor-property and entity-vested loan experience (LLC and foreign national a plus)
