Client Connector (Front Desk Coordinator
Huntsville Hub
We are not looking for someone to sit at a desk.
We are looking for someone who runs the front of the house. Huntsville Hub is a professional coworking space serving entrepreneurs, remote professionals, small businesses, and government contractors. Our members depend on us to create an environment where they can do their best work. This role is at the center of that experience every single day.
If you are the kind of person who is energized by people, takes ownership without needing step-by-step direction, and can handle a fast phone with a smile at the end of a long day, keep reading.
What the Job Actually Looks Like
No two days are identical. On a given day you might answer 30 or 40 calls, sort and document certified mail for a dozen clients, reset a conference room between two back-to-back meetings, and walk a prospective member through a tour. Some parts of the day move fast. Others are quieter, and that is when we need you to stay organized and get ahead.
Your core responsibilities
• Answer all incoming calls professionally, every time, regardless of call volume or the mood of the caller
• Greet every member and visitor warmly the moment they walk in
• Sort and process daily mail including certified packages, and notify clients promptly when items arrive
• Give tours to prospective members and help convert them into signed members
• Set up and reset meeting rooms and event spaces, including moving and arranging furniture
• Keep common areas stocked, tidy, and ready throughout the day
• Handle copying, filing, and administrative tasks as needed
• Occasionally come in on a weekend to open for a scheduled client event, confirm everything is set, and leave once the client is settled
Who Does Well Here
• You are naturally warm and engaging, even on a hard day
• You do not need someone to tell you what to do when things get slow
• You can switch gears fast without getting rattled
• You notice what needs to be done and you just do it
• You are comfortable talking to people about our services and helping close memberships when the opportunity comes up
• You can be fully present in a busy, people-facing moment and equally productive in a quiet, self-directed one
Who This Is Not For
• Someone who needs a detailed plan for every hour of the day
• Someone who prefers quiet, predictable work with minimal interruptions
• Someone who finds routine tasks like phones, mail, and room setup beneath them
• Someone who gets rattled by a difficult caller and carries it into the next interaction
Backgrounds That Tend to Succeed Here
Our best hires have come from hotel and resort front desks, medical office reception, church and ministry administration, and high-volume customer service environments. We are not requiring a specific degree. We are looking for a track record of showing up, staying professional, and getting things done well.

Why People Value This Role

• You build real relationships with Huntsville business owners and professionals
• The skills you gain here, including client relations, event coordination, and operations, open doors to office management, executive support, and beyond
