About This Role

We are a media-driven real estate company focused on helping out-of-state buyers relocate to Florida and Texas through educational YouTube content, market analysis, and new construction expertise.

Unlike a traditional real estate team, our business generates 100% inbound leads through YouTube and educational content. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, operationally minded Inside Sales & Revenue Operations Manager to become the central nervous system of our lead conversion process.

This is not a cold-calling sales role. This is a pipeline management, lead conversion, database optimization, and accountability role designed to maximize conversion from a high-volume inbound lead flow.

You will work directly with the founder and have full visibility into the business, lead pipeline, CRM systems, agent follow-up, and conversion process.

Responsibilities

Lead Intake & Speed-To-Lead

  • Be the first responder for inbound leads, calls, texts, and emails
  • Quickly qualify and categorize inbound opportunities
  • Ensure all new leads are entered, tagged, and routed properly in the CRM
  • Maintain rapid response times across all inbound channels

CRM & Database Management

  • Own the organization and cleanliness of the CRM
  • Track every lead from initial inquiry through closing
  • Monitor lead stages, pipeline movement, and follow-up consistency
  • Ensure no lead falls through the cracks
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards and lead tracking systems

Database Mining & Follow-Up

  • Re-engage warm and dormant leads
  • Manage long-term nurture follow-up
  • Coordinate outreach campaigns and check-ins
  • Identify opportunities hidden within the database
  • Increase overall conversion through consistency and persistence

Agent Accountability & Pipeline Oversight

  • Monitor agent responsiveness and follow-up activity
  • Ensure agents are actively working assigned leads
  • Track status updates and movement across all active opportunities
  • Provide visibility to ownership on pipeline performance

Reporting & Operations

Deliver daily/weekly reporting to ownership on:

  • lead volume
  • response times
  • conversion metrics
  • pipeline stages
  • active opportunities
  • closed transactions
  • database health
  • Help optimize systems, workflows, and operational efficiency
  • Assist in building scalable lead conversion infrastructure

Preferred Experience

  • Sales operations or inside sales experience
  • Real estate industry experience preferred but not required
  • Experience with lead pipelines and conversion tracking
  • Excel and Google Sheets
  • Building reports and dashboards
  • Data organization and cleanup
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments

Preferred Experience

  • $75,000 base salary
  • Performance bonuses tied to closed transactions and conversion metrics
  • Long-term growth opportunity within a rapidly growing media-driven real estate company
