We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys customer interaction, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Position Overview

The Inside Sales Representative plays an important role in supporting customers, sales operations, and production coordination. This individual will assist with quotations, order processing, customer communication, and account support while helping ensure projects move efficiently from inquiry through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
• Prepare customer quotations and assist with follow-up communication
• Process sales orders and maintain accurate customer records
• Coordinate with production, scheduling, and operations teams
• Provide updates regarding orders, timelines, and product information
• Support outside sales and account management activities
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive service and professionalism
• Assist customers with solutions that align with specifications and project needs

Qualifications

• Previous inside sales, customer service, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
• Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Bachelors Degree in Management, Sales, Marketing, or related field
