The bank provides solid loan and credit support to help lenders be successful, while still offering the autonomy to grow in the role. This position is open due to succession planning and comes with an established $25 million+ portfolio, primarily agricultural. Initially, the focus will be on getting to know existing customers, retaining those relationships, and identifying opportunities for thoughtful growth.
