Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Compensation: $20.00/hour. This is a nonexempt hourly position

Solomon Property Management & Sales is a full-service Property Management & Real Estate Brokerage dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients, and tenants. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Administrative & Leasing Coordinator.
Position Overview
The Administrative & Leasing Coordinator serves as a vital part of our daily operations, providing administrative support and leasing assistance to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our office. This is an on-site position that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
• Process and distribute all incoming mail in a timely manner
• Receive, record, and process all incoming rent payments accurately
• Answer and manage overflow calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members
• Maintain and replenish office supply inventory as needed
• File and organize completed documents both digitally and in hard copy format
Leasing Support
• Receive and process all showing requests and coordinate scheduling with agents
• Maintain and organize tenant lease files in both hard copy and digital formats
• Prepare and assemble hard copy lease packets for new and renewing tenants
Communication & Client Relations
• Serve as a professional point of contact for tenants, vendors, and clients
• Respond to inquiries promptly and courteously in person, by phone, and via email
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless experience for all parties
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus
• Proficiency in Google Workspace is a plus
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work consistently on-site
• 1 year of prior experience in property management, real estate, or admin role is a plus
• Familiarity with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi) is a plus
• Experience handling rent payments or basic bookkeeping is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour. This is a nonexempt hourly position.
• 401(k) retirement plan with company match up to 3%
• Consistent, stable Monday–Friday schedule

• Additional discretionary bonus opportunities may be available based on company real estate sales volume.
