The team behind Tuttle Twins is looking for an Assistant Editorial Coordinator / Junior Editor to join our in house production team in downtown Provo, Utah.

This is not a traditional assistant editor role. We are looking for someone eager to learn, grow, and step beyond the normal bounds of editorial. The right person will have the opportunity to work closely with directors, showrunners, editors, voice actors, and the production team in a fast paced animated television environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Add final voice over pickups into locked animatics and edits while maintaining timing and sync, coordinate with director/showrunner to confirm finalization of pickups
  • Sit in with the director and showrunner during pickup sessions, either in person or virtually
  • Run in house voice over recording sessions in our recording booth utilizing a zoom recorder
  • Assist with Zoom based VO recording sessions, including attending and tracking lines as redorded
  • Organize and maintain the internal VO library and recording archive
  • Ensure proper naming conventions and file organization are consistently maintained
  • Communicate new recordings and updated assets to the editorial team
  • Assist with general editorial coordination and support tasks as needed

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Highly Valuable)

  • Experience with Adobe After Effects
  • Experience with Blender
  • General animation pipeline familiarity
  • VO recording or audio editing experience
  • Interest in expanding into broader production or post production responsibilities
