Our client is looking for a leader to join their accounting team. They are looking for an Accounting Manager who can build, manage, and mentor a team. The Accounting Manager must possess a strong attention to detail. Knowledge and experience with manufacturing companies. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of experience
• 5+ years in an accounting leadership role
• Strong management, leadership, and mentoring experience
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
• Strong communication, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage external stakeholders (accounting firm, attorneys, vendors, etc.)
• Target Base Salary $115.0K to $125.0K plus bonus and benefits
