Mediation and Administration Coordinator

Part-time | In-person | $20/hour
22 hours per week | Monday – Thursday | 8 AM – 1:30 PM

At the Resolution Center, a nonprofit court and community mediation center, we help people in conflict listen, understand, find peace, and move forward. As our Mediation and Administration Coordinator, you’ll support our volunteer mediators and staff by ensuring every step of our mediation process runs smoothly, effectively, and compassionately.
What You’ll Do
Your work will have a direct impact on creating a more peaceful and stable community. This dynamic, hands-on role involves:
- Coordinating mediations between community members
- Supporting and engaging our passionate team of volunteer mediators
- Managing communication with clients, the courts, and the public
- Maintaining a warm, organized office presence as the first point of contact
- Helping with events communications and coordination
- Stepping up to mediate cases when needed

Requirements
- Completion of our 40-hour mediation training upon hire
- High school diploma (some college preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable in-person availability
- Willingness to complete a background check and a drug test

Location
Primarily based at the Winnebago County Courthouse in Oshkosh, WI. Limited travel to other locations, such as the Fond du Lac City/County Building, may be required.
