Now Hiring: Sales Representative | NPK Plus

NPK Plus is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing team in Homestead, FL.

As a family-owned agricultural supply company serving South Florida since 1986, we’re looking for someone who is passionate about people, plants, and the success of our local community.

What you’ll do

• Travel throughout the South Florida region to generate new business
• Build strong relationships with current customers and ensure their continued success
• Reconnect with past customers and bring them back to NPK
• Drive sales and assist with orders and customer service
• Provide product knowledge to nursery, growing, and landscaping operations
• Utilize technology for communication, order management, and customer tracking

What we’re looking for

• Bilingual (English/Spanish required)
• Previous sales experience
• Strong people and communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Comfortable with technology and basic systems

Preferred (but not required)

• Experience in the plant, nursery, or agricultural industry
