Likely Inc. is a Pasadena based design studio and manufacturing partner specializing in luxury packaging and branded merchandise. We are Architects of Packaging, offering end to end services from concept and structural design to sourcing, production, and logistics.
We work with some of the most exciting and design forward brands across food, beverage, hospitality, and lifestyle, including Flamingo Estate, EREWHON, Fishwife, and many other cool brands leading the industry, creating packaging that lives both on shelf and in culture.
The Role
As our Client Relations Manager, you’ll be the face of our luxury design studio to our valued clients. This role is about building long term relationships with discerning brands who expect personalized, proactive care. In this role, you’ll guide our clients from creative concept to final delivery, ensuring their experience is as premium as the products we create. You’ll be integral to both our day to day operations and our future growth.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of client relations experience in a B2B environment working with high end clients is required
• This is not a retail or customer service role. Candidates without relevant B2B client management experience should not apply
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Adobe Illustrator. Experience creating tables, charts, graphs, and formulas is essential
• Exceptional organizational skills, with proven experience in detailed project tracking
• Strong communication skills with a polished, high touch approach
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
What You’ll Do
• Be the primary liaison between clients and our production team, ensuring seamless communication on sample progress, production timelines, and shipping updates
• Maintain detailed live trackers for each client, capturing real time lead times and status for samples, production, and shipments
• Coordinate closely with creative and production teams, ensuring clients are always informed and delighted
• Work side by side with the CEO on both existing accounts and new prospects. Join all client meetings and help manage the follow up process, ensuring every interaction is intentional and timely
• Take ownership of client follow ups and scheduling, keeping our prospect pipeline on track and maintaining client relationships
• Contribute to creative brainstorming on new packaging concepts and designs, bringing a hands on approach to turning ideas into reality
